The ATLAS 800 Series of Integrated Access Devices (IADs) support voice data video and Internet applications for medium-to-large Enterprise Networks. The ATLAS 830 can terminate up to 34 T1-PRIs or 32 E1-PRAs as well as T3-DS3. The ATLAS 890 adds full system redundancy (logic and power) for mission critical networks as well as additional expansion slots for higher port density. The ATLAS 800 Series combines the functions of a T1-T3 bandwidth manager ISDN switch and 3-1-0 Digital Access Cross-Connect System (DACS). The ATLAS 800 series also includes a dial plan switchboard to provide intelligent call routing. The ATLAS 830 and 890 enable LAN-to-LAN interconnections using an integral IP router with support for Frame Relay or PPP traffic.
