Retail hardened computers need to be reliable, as they often are used for mission critical applications and not placed in an office environment. The Logic Controls LC7000 provides unparalleled reliability by being a fanless unit. It is an ideal computer for use in harsh environments with high levels of dust or oil or when fan noise is not desirable. For enhanced reliability, LC7000 uses no internal cables and mechanical moving parts such as hard disk drives. For extra harsh enviromental protection, special PCB protective coating is used to resist high humidity and moisture condensation.

Ultra Compact and Rugged
LC7000 has a compact form factor – only 1.17”H x 6.50”W x 4.96”D. Two mounting brackets enable these modules to be mounted almost anywhere – on a wall, ceiling, table top or under a counter. For minimum foot-print, the LC7000 module can be mounted vertically. The computer is housed in arugged die cast case for extra protection.

Full Compliment of I/O Ports
The small LC7000 computer provides a very impressive compliment of up-to-date and legacy I/O ports. 4 USB 2.0, DVI/VGA, Ethernet, serial, keyboard/ bump bar, and speaker ports are all available externally. LC7000 uses high performance processors, so it can run Windows and Linux-based graphics and video applications. Whether your application runs on Windows Vista, Windows XP, Windows XP embedded, Windows 2000, Windows CE or Linux, your operating system needs are supported by LC7000.
