THIS IS A VERSION UPGRADE LICENSE FOR VIDEOINSIGHT. THIS LICENSE PROVIDES THE ABILITY TO UPGRADE AN EXISTING VIDEOINSIGHT SYSTEM FROM A PREVIOUS VERSION TO VIDEOINSIGHT VERSION 8. THIS LICENSE IS REQUIRED FOR CUSTOMERS MIGRATING FROM VERSION 7 OR EARLIER. SOFTWARE SUPPORT AND UPDATES FOR VERSION 8 ARE INCLUDED FOR THE REMAINDER OF THE ORIGINAL LICENSE TERM. THIS IS A ONE-TIME UPGRADE PER SERVER AND MUST BE PAIRED WITH AN EXISTING VIDEOINSIGHT SERVER LICENSE. VERSION AND SERVER ACTIVATION SERIAL MUST BE PROVIDED AT TIME OF ORDER. THIRD-PARTY HARDWARE SUPPORT IS NOT INCLUDED.
