DTC550-LC Extended Full-Service Warranty Program
The Extended Full-Service Warranty extends the Standard Limited Warranty. The Extended Full-Service Warranty can be renewed annually. Coverage, policies, and return procedures of the Extended Full-Service Warranty are the same as in the Standard Limited Warranty except that FARGO pays all shipping costs. FARGO will issue a call-tag to have the original printer picked up. Repaired printers will be returned to the customer using the most effective carrier, based on customer location and urgency. Usual turn-around time for all repairs is three days.
