DTC 400 Single Side Extended Full-Service Warranty Program The Extended Limited Warranty is available on the Fargo Professional Line of Printers only (HDP800 Series, HDP600 Series, DTC500/550 Series, DTC400 and CardJet 410).The Extended Full-Service Warranty is an extension of Fargo's Standard Limited Warranty. Warranty coverage, policies and return procedures for the Extended Full-Service Warranty are exactly the same as those described in the Standard Limited Warranty with the following exceptions.The Extended Full-Service Warranty includes On-Call-Express at no additional charge for the HDP series Printers. Fargo will pay for all shipping incurred (based on three-day service). Fargo issues call tags for printers to be picked up from an FSP/ASP and returned to Fargo.Printheads are not Included in the Extended Full-Service Warranty. The Extended Full-Service Warranty is available to FSP/ASPs in the continental US only.The Extended Full Service Warranty can be renewed annually for up to three years. Each additional year of Extended Limited Warranty coverage must be purchased before the current year's warranty expires.
